DC-unlocker works from a Windows client with USB-connected modems, routers and phones: connect the device by USB and the client detects it automatically. HCU Client handles Huawei Android repair in manufacturer mode, while DC-Phoenix covers firmware work and FRP operations.

- DC-unlocker: direct unlocks for supported modems, phones and routers; generate unlock or firmware-update codes; enable voice on Huawei Qualcomm and Sierra Wireless modems; and read or write dashboards on supported ZTE USB modems.
- HCU Client: repair IMEI and other physical numbers on supported Huawei Android phones with HiSilicon or Qualcomm CPUs; write numbers to an empty board after eMMC replacement or a full erase; read bootloader and unlock codes.

📱 Connection and access
DC-unlocker, HCU Client and DC-Phoenix are Windows applications. DC-unlocker uses a standard USB cable and automatic device detection; HCU’s listed Huawei repairs run in manufacturer mode without root. Available operations depend on the supported model and the relevant client or feature activation.
Access can use a DC-unlocker user account or a USB dongle. Operations use credits, with required credits varying by service and account or dongle type. HCU services for Android 8 and later require a timed-licence account. Timed unlimited licences are available for 3 days, 30 days, 1 year or 2 years; dongle support and feature activation are separate access options.
